Elder Patty M. Lisbon has been a proclaimer of the Gospel of Jesus Christ for most of her adult life.  Always eager to do the will of God, when the call to preach came, though fearful, she answered the call “Here am I Lord, send me.”  Her mission statement, based on Luke 4.18, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel…” emboldens her to preach God’s Word to God’s people. 

 Elder Patty’s ministry gifts of Preaching/Teaching, Administration, and Leadership can be seen as she serves as an Elder on Ministerial Alliance at Perfecting Faith Church.  She also is a teacher, the Curriculum Coordinator, and an administrative faculty member at Perfecting Faith Bible Institute. 

 Elder Patty is passionate about seeing the body of Christ “thoroughly furnished unto all good works.”  Accordingly, she uses her gifts to “equip the saints.”  Elder Patty utilizes her gift of Preaching/Teaching to build up the body of Christ by instructing them in the Word.  Elder Patty believes that the people of God must be equipped in the Word of God according to 2 Timothy 2:15, “Study to shew thyself approved unto God…”  To quote elder Patty, “The only way that Christians can obtain true success coupled with God’s approval is by knowing God’s Word and living a life according to His principles.” 

 Moreover, Elder Patty believes that the body of Christ should be equipped in business as well.  The Bible declares “Seest thou a man who excels in his business? he shall stand before kings…” Proverbs 22:29.  Elder Patty utilizes her gifts of Teaching, Administration, and Leadership to promote excellence in business.

 In fulfillment of her passion for business, Elder Patty is a Business Owner, Real Estate Investor, Public Speaker, Master Trainer, and Consultant in the Business field.  She is the founder of Lisbon & Associates a corporation that specializes in seminars, workshops, and training for entrepreneurs.  She has been a featured speaker at numerous business seminars.  In addition, she has brought many of her own workshops to the New York City, New Jersey area.
